Is This Contract Package For You?

The Contract Package is for small business owners, online service providers, and creators who have contracts in front of you and your gut is taping you on the shoulder.

Maybe it’s a client agreement, brand deal, influencer contract, collaboration, licensing deal, contractor agreement, vendor terms, or a lease. You do not want to be “difficult,” but you also do not want to sign something that quietly locks you into bad terms for months or years.

You know what you are committing to, what is negotiable, and what needs to change to protect you. You can sign, negotiate, or walk away with a clean conscience and a clear reason.

And you keep your business relationships healthier, because you handle the contract early, not after something goes wrong.

Common Questions About Contracts

  • Most common business contracts, including client/service agreements, influencer and brand deals, collaborations, contractor agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing terms. If it’s highly specialized, we’ll tell you upfront if it’s outside scope.

  • This service does not include unlimited negotiation support, multiple rounds of revisions, attending calls with the other party, or litigation. Those can be added or quoted separately if needed.

  • Usually, no. The goal is to review what exists, explain the risks, and give targeted improvements and negotiation points. If a full rewrite is the smartest move, you’ll get that recommendation and a separate quote.

  • Templates can be a starting point, but they often miss deal-specific risks and local legal requirements. The problem is not that templates exist. The problem is signing something that does not match your reality, then discovering the gap when it costs you money.

  • Accountants are excellent at what they do, but contracts are legal risk documents. A contract can create obligations, liability, and dispute rules that have nothing to do with accounting. This review is about legal and business risk, not just “does it look standard.”

  • We can advise you on risks, leverage, and options, and help you understand consequences. The decision is yours, but you’ll be deciding with the lights on.

  • Tell us your deadline in the intake. If we can support a rush review, we’ll confirm timeline and any rush fee before you commit.

  • No. The information on this page is general and for education only. We only provide legal advice once we have met with you, confirmed we are the right fit, and signed a written retainer agreement. That protects both you and us and ensures you are getting advice tailored to your situation.
